​​With over 10 years of experience across human resources and compliance, I founded Baseline Consulting to make practical human resources support accessible to businesses of all sizes.
My experience spans the full human resources function, with a strong focus on compliance, systems and structure. I have worked across workforce strategy, HRIS implementation, strengthening compliance frameworks and leading learning and development initiatives, and I understand the real pressures that come from running a business and managing people at the same time.
I genuinely believe that human resources doesn't have to be complicated or scary. Done well, it gives businesses the confidence to manage their people properly and creates workplaces where everyone knows where they stand.
I am passionate when it comes to compliance. I know that's not something most people say. I value simplicity, consistency and doing things properly, but I also believe workplaces should feel supportive, fair and most importantly, human.
